The present invention provides a firefighting drone capable of initially extinguishing forest fires using a rotary swivel spray nozzle, and a forest disaster prevention system including the same. The firefighting drone comprises: a firefighting drone; a base arranged in a central portion; a driving unit; a frame connecting the base and the driving unit; a nozzle unit mounted on a lower portion; a firefighting water storage unit; a fire hose; a drone station; an operator terminal; and a management server. The firefighting water can be precisely sprayed and the posture of the drone can be stably controlled.
