The present invention relates to a drone to which uwb technology is applied and an article delivery system using the same and, more specifically, to an article delivery system for delivering an article to an article storage box installed in each household using a drone to which uwb technology is applied. To this end, the article delivery system of the present invention comprises: a smart cell in which articles to be delivered to each household constituting an apartment house are stored; a parcel delivery management server requesting delivery of the articles stored in the smart cell to an article storage box installed in each household; a drone which delivers the articles stored in the article storage box to the article storage box installed in each household according to the request of the parcel delivery management server, and in which a tag for calculating the position of the drone based on the article storage box is installed; and the article storage box which communicates with the tag installed in the drone, and is installed in each household.
