The present invention relates to a smart cell having a built-in uwb communication module and, more specifically, to a smart cell having a built-in uwb communication module, which detects a user approaching to receive a parcel delivery product. To this end, the smart cell having a built-in uwb communication module of the present invention comprises: a ceiling unit on which a drone for delivering parcels can take off or land, and the parcels delivered by the drone are placed; a storage unit for supporting the ceiling unit and providing a space in which the parcels can be stored; a communication unit installed inside the storage unit and having an anchor for performing uwb communication with a tag installed in an approaching user terminal; a classification unit provided inside the storage unit and receiving and transferring the parcels input through the ceiling unit; and a transport unit for receiving the parcels transferred from the classification unit and moving the parcels to an outlet formed in the storage unit.
