The present application provides a wearable medical device comprising a flexible printed circuit board (printed circuit board), the flexible printed circuit board being in a folded configuration; a main body of an antenna is provided in the flexible printed circuit board, and the main body of the antenna and a main board of the flexible printed circuit board are arranged on either surface formed by the folded flexible printed circuit board, respectively, wherein the main body of the antenna is disposed directly above the main board; and the flexible printed circuit board further comprises a wake-up module, and the wake-up module is configured to wake the wearable medical device from a sleep state such that the wearable medical device enters into a working state. According to the present application, the main body of the antenna and the main board are arranged on the same flexible printed circuit board, and an antenna radiating unit of the antenna is disposed directly above the main board by folding the flexible printed circuit board (for example in half), so as to reduce the size of the printed circuit board and achieve the miniaturization design of the wearable medical device.
