Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when a payment made to ISERDIndia Analytics on iserdindia.org can be cancelled, when it is refunded, and how long the money takes to reach your account. All prices on this website are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR).

1. What you are paying for

ISERDIndia Analytics sells professional intellectual property services and digital reports: prior art and novelty search reports, trademark and patent filing services, design and copyright services, and IP advisory work. Nothing we sell is a physical product, so no goods are dispatched and no courier is involved. All fees are charged in Indian Rupees (INR).

2. Cancelling before work begins

You may cancel any order before we begin work on it and receive a full refund of the amount you paid. Work is treated as begun when a search is run for you, a report is generated, or a professional starts drafting your application, whichever happens first.

To cancel, email us from the address used at the time of payment, quoting the payment ID.

3. After the report or service is delivered

Once a report has been generated and made available to you, or a filing has been prepared or submitted on your behalf, the fee for that work is not refundable. This is because the deliverable is digital and cannot be returned once it has been read or downloaded.

5. Government and statutory fees

Where a quoted price includes an official fee payable to the Indian Patent Office, the Trade Marks Registry or any other government body, that portion stops being refundable once it has been paid to the authority, because the authority does not return it. Any part of your payment not yet paid to the government is refunded normally under this policy.

6. How long a refund takes

Approved refunds are initiated by us within 2 working days of the request being accepted. Once initiated, the amount is credited back to the original payment method and reaches your bank account or card statement in 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank. Refunds are always paid back to the same method used for the payment; we do not refund to a different account.

7. If something goes wrong

If a refund has not reached you within 7 working days of our confirmation, write to us with the payment ID. We will trace it with the payment gateway and keep you updated until it is resolved.
