Shipping & Delivery Policy
Last updated: August 2026ISERDIndia Analytics delivers its services and reports electronically. Nothing is shipped physically. This policy sets out how each service reaches you, and the minimum and maximum time it takes.
1. Everything is delivered digitally
We do not ship any physical goods. Every report, draft and confirmation is delivered by email and, where the service has one, inside your account on iserdindia.org. No courier charge, delivery charge or shipping charge is ever added to your order.
2. Delivery timelines
- Free tools (brand name check, trademark class finder, patent valuation, creator name check): delivered immediately on screen, as soon as you run them.
- Prior art and novelty search reports: minimum 24 hours, maximum 5 working days from the time payment is confirmed.
- Trademark, patent, design and copyright filing services: the draft for your approval is delivered in minimum 3 working days and maximum 10 working days from the time we receive complete information and documents from you. Filing with the relevant office follows within 2 working days of your written approval.
- Advisory and consulting work: as agreed in writing for that engagement, and in no case later than 15 working days.
3. When the clock starts
Timelines run from the later of two events: the moment your payment is confirmed, or the moment you give us the information and documents the service needs. Time spent waiting for something from you is not counted.
4. Delays
If a delivery is going to take longer than the maximum stated above, we tell you by email before the deadline passes, with the reason and a revised date. Delays caused by the Indian Patent Office, the Trade Marks Registry or another authority are outside our control and are passed on to you as soon as we learn of them.
5. Where we deliver
Reports are sent to the email address given at the time of the order, so please make sure it is correct and can receive attachments. If a delivery bounces, we retry and also contact you on the alternate email or phone number on the order. We serve clients across India and accept orders from outside India, since delivery is electronic in every case.
